In order to understand who we are today, you must first understand our history. In 1980, Mr. Nadadur Vardhan, an attorney of law from India, founded Nadadur Vardhan Inc. He started this firm to service a niche that wasn’t catered to at the time: taxation and business consulting for individuals and organizations with global tax situations. Wherever he needed legal and accounting work done internationally, he liaised with local partners.

Mr. Vardhan later became an IRS certified Enrolled Agent and a Fellow of The National Tax Practice Institute and The American Academy of Tax Practice. He was known for his brilliance and creativity; he cared for his clients, and worked closely with them. This practice that he set up, with a loyal set of clients, is a testimony to his legacy.

In February 2020, Ventura Pranas acquired Nadadur Vardhan Inc., to expand their already successful practice since 2011, in this niche of servicing clients with global tax situations. Ventura Pranas is run by a CPA and a Technologist, which means they have the capability to ensure tax compliance combined with our technological prowess, we offer security, reliability, speed and ability to service clients across the globe.
