Prabha Srinivasan
Founder - CEO
Prabha enjoys travel and meeting new people. It is perhaps this quality that enables her to so easily split her time between US and India. She has an eye for detail, a passion for providing the best service to her clients, and warmth that goes a long way to build lasting relationships in a short amount of time. She believes in anticipating what a client needs and likes hand-holding them navigating the various challenges they face as they grow. She attributes much of her drive and energy today to her obsession with her physical fitness routine that combines yoga, pranayama, and calisthenics. Prabha always looks at meeting new clients in different cities as a chance to explore new haunts and to savor the sights and food that such travels offer.
Prabha began her Public Accounting career in 1996, when she moved from India to Los Angeles. She has served a diversified clientele throughout her professional career. She spent the first 12 years of her career working and building her experience in Los Angeles working with a couple of mid-sized firms and a Big-4 firm.
Prabha moved to India 2008, with the sole edict of helping a large regional firm in Southern California, establish its captive subsidiary in India to provide tax, accounting and bookkeeping support to its clients. She helped grow the professional team and managed day-to-day operations in Chennai, combined Technical Expertise with her Managerial Responsibilities, and played an active role in providing employees with a platform to groom into full-scope tax and accounting advisers of the future.
Prabha established Ventura Pranas with the intent of providing other firms and clients these services. Her practice now straddles both the US and India and the firm services all their tax consulting, compliance and planning needs. Prabha spends time both in both countries providing clients in both time zones equal accessibility throughout the year. The firm has offices in Chennai and Bangalore in India; Seattle and Los Angeles in the United States.
Her practice areas especially are focused on expatriate taxation, cross-border structuring, taxation, compliance and planning and international tax advisory services.

Satish Sridharan
Co-Founder
Satish comes from a technology background, and as an engineer would, he likes looking into the details and workings behind things, from motherboards to investment portfolios. By taking something apart and putting it back together, he is able to identify the real problem, and then work towards a solution.
Satish started his career with Vitesse Semiconductor, in California in 1995. He specialized in designing Integrated Circuits for the high speed optical communication industry. In 2001, he co-founded Igenic Communications which was acquired in 2002 by Infinera Corporation. After spending five years at Infinera USA, Satish relocated to India in 2007 to head the ASIC team at Infinera India.
Satish has always been a well-wisher of Ventura Pranas. Closely involved at a strategy and technology support right from the beginning, he formally came on board in 2012 when he saw the potnetial for technology to take the accounting practice to another orbit. His involvement started with providing secure and easy means of transferring data, process implementation and developing the firm’s ERP system that’s unique to a cross-border practice. And he is manages the technology and all corporate strategy planning and implementation.

Rita Patel
Office Administrator
After two decades at National Insurance Company at their accounts and claims department, Rita moved to the United States in 2010 and joined Ventura Pranas (then known as Nadadur Vardhan Inc). Rita quickly became well versed with the software they use and she now manages the office functions of preparing financial reports, maintaining tax documents, handling production management, client payroll and sales tax.
